- Consulting: AI adoption and implementation services delivered directly by the fuubo.ai team, subject to individual contracts with each client.
3. AI Apps Directory
The AI Apps Directory is informational and advisory in nature. fuubo.ai does not endorse, guarantee, or assume any responsibility for the operation, security, pricing, or quality of the listed tools.
Star ratings are contributed by users and reflect individual opinions. fuubo.ai does not verify the authenticity of each rating beyond the technical anti-duplication controls implemented.

4. AI Maturity Assessment
The Assessment is a diagnostic and advisory tool based on the responses provided by the user. The results do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technically binding advice.
Results depend on the accuracy of the responses entered. fuubo.ai is not responsible for business decisions made solely on the basis of the generated report.
By completing the assessment, you agree that your responses and results may be used in aggregated and anonymized form to improve the tool and produce industry statistics, without identifying you individually.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the site — texts, designs, logos, source code, illustrations, generated reports, and Assessment methodology — is the property of fuubo.ai or its licensors, and is protected by Chilean and international intellectual property law.
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license is granted to access and use the site for personal or internal business purposes. The following are prohibited:

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Chile. For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago, Chile.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, users resident in the European Union may avail themselves of the dispute resolution mechanisms established by applicable European legislation.
