AI Adoption

Your teams actually using AI.
Not just paying for it.

73% of companies already have AI tools. Only 15.8% use them actively. The difference is not the technology: it is how adoption happens. fuubo guides your organization from start to real production.

Shadow AI

Is your team already using AI without the organization having visibility, criteria, or control?

Risk emerges when each person adopts tools on their own — without guidance, governance, or shared learning.

78% of AI users bring their own tools to work when the company does not define a clear strategy.
The problem

Using AI is not the same
as transforming with AI.

Writing emails faster is not transformation. Having paid Copilot or ChatGPT licenses is not adoption. Most companies stay on the surface because they never address the real challenge: organizational change.

01 / What we see in the market
Demos that never reach production

49% of AI projects get stuck in proof of concept. The team loses interest, the executive sponsor disconnects, and licenses keep being paid without impact.

02 / The root of the problem
70% of success is people and processes, not technology

BCG's 10-20-70 rule: companies leading in AI invest 70% in people and processes. Most invest that ratio in reverse and wonder why it doesn't work.

Our approach

We adopt AI,
from start to production.

We are not a generic training company. Nor do we implement technology without thinking about people. We work at the intersection where everything fails: the gap between having the tool and using it well.

Impact on real processes

We identify where AI generates real value in your business and measure it. No experiments without return: productivity metrics, time saved, and transformed processes.

Two types of adoption,
one shared focus: impact.

AI Adoption in the Workplace

The team has (or will acquire) conversational AI tools. The work is getting them to actually use those tools day to day: redesigning workflows, with role-based training and activation metrics.

AI Adoption in Specific Processes

An AI solution was implemented for a specific process. The work is integrating it into real operations: user training, process governance, and iteration with the technical team.

Why fuubo?

We don't sell AI.
We guide its real adoption.

01

Specialization in adoption, not just technology

Most consulting firms implement tools. fuubo works on what actually determines success: getting people to change how they work. Our methodology is built specifically for that challenge.

Real change in how people work
02

Methodology aligned with industry frameworks

We work aligned with the official playbooks of Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Enterprise, and with Prosci's ADKAR model for change management. Proven frameworks, not proprietary theory.

Best practices, not improvisation
03

Focused on Latin America's mid-market

Global consulting firms don't serve companies your size. We work specifically with organizations of 50 to 500 people that need clarity, focus, and real return on investment.

Built for mid-sized companies
04

Measurable impact, not endless experiments

We define success metrics before starting. We measure in weeks, not months. And Phase 5 continuous support ensures results do not stop at launch but keep growing over time.

Training teaches your team to use a tool. fuubo's Adoption Program works on something harder: changing how your team operates day to day. That includes redesigning processes, managing internal resistance, measuring adoption week by week, and sustaining change over time. Training is one part of the program, not the whole program.

It is not a requirement. Many clients arrive without having decided which tool to use. The diagnostic process (Phase 1) helps clarify which ones make sense based on processes, team size, and available budget. If you already have Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT Enterprise — great: we work with what you have.

The first adoption indicators are visible in the first two weeks after launch. Measurable productivity results typically appear between months 1 and 3. For that impact to be sustained and grow, Phase 5 ongoing support is what makes the difference between a project that works at launch and one that keeps working six months later.

It is the most common situation and exactly the problem we know how to solve. 75% of employees have some level of initial resistance, which typically comes from fear of losing relevance, not rejection of the technology itself. We address that resistance explicitly from Phase 1: we identify the hotspots, design the change management strategy, and support the team with an approach that positions AI as an amplifier of their capabilities, not a replacement.

Yes, and in fact that is where the most impact is found. Technology companies are already adopting AI on their own. The most significant opportunities are in sectors like services, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, education, and logistics, where manual processes are more intensive. The program is sector-agnostic: we start from the real business processes.

Two things are critical: an executive sponsor genuinely committed to the project, and willingness to measure. The first because without active sponsorship at the top, adoption does not take hold. The second because without agreed-upon metrics from the start, it is impossible to demonstrate value or make adjustment decisions.
